Sopaipillas With Honey

In a large bowl, combine all Dough ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5 minutes on a lightly floured surface.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Heat about 1 inch of Vegetable Oil in a large, heavy-bottomed pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/8 inch thickness. Cut into 3-inch squares or diamonds.
Carefully drop a few sopaipillas at a time into the hot oil. Fry for 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown and puffed up.
Remove the sopaipillas with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Drizzle generously with Honey and serve immediately.
