Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. In a bowl, combine all Steak Marinade ingredients. Add sliced Steak and marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated Steak and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add sliced Onion and Bell Pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until softened. Add cooked Steak back to the skillet and toss to combine.
  4. In a saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Milk and heat until simmering. Reduce heat to low and gradually add Shredded Cheddar Cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. This is your Cheese Sauce.
  5. Spread Tortilla Chips on a baking sheet. Top with Steak and Vegetable mixture, then drizzle with Cheese Sauce.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and melted.
  7. Top with Sour Cream, Salsa, and Jalapenos before serving.
