Instructions
  1. Heat Olive Oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Add Onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add Garlic and cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.
  4. Stir in Tomato Paste and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Add Tomatoes, Dried Oregano, Salt, Pepper, and Sugar to the pot.
  6. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve hot with sliced Crusty Bread for dipping.
