  3. Divide the meat mixture in half. Flatten one half into a loaf shape on a baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle the Filling evenly over the meatloaf base.
  5. Top with the remaining meat mixture, sealing in the filling.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together all Glaze ingredients.
  7. Spread the glaze evenly over the meatloaf.
  8. Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
