Dinner has a soundtrack. 14 songs paced to this 75-minute cook—from first chop to clean kitchen.

Start the first song before you prep. Follow the recipe for cooking times, then let the final tracks carry you through cleanup.

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, combine the Dough ingredients. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a pan, melt the Butter. Sauté the Onion until softened. Add the Corn and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in the mashed Sweet Potato, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper.
  3. Assemble the Dumplings: Roll out the dough and cut into 3-inch circles. Place a spoonful of Filling in the center of each circle. Fold the dough over to form a half-moon shape and crimp the edges to seal.
  4. Cook the Dumplings: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  5. Prepare the Sauce: While the dumplings are cooking, whisk together the Sauce ingredients.
  6. Serve: Drain the dumplings and serve with the Sauce.
