Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine all Sweet Potato Base ingredients and mix well.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
Add the dry ingredients to the sweet potato mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Stir in all Flavor Enhancers.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly before serving.
