  1. Brown the Beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the Onion and Green bell pepper to the pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Taco seasoning and Tomato paste. Cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Pour in the Beef broth and Diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Add the Corn and Kidney beans to the pot and heat through, about 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, topped with Shredded cheddar cheese, Sour cream, and Tortilla chips.
