  1. Place Carrots in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
  2. While Carrots are cooking, prepare the Maple Glaze. In a small saucepan, combine Maple syrup, Butter, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, and Salt.
  3. Bring Maple Glaze to a simmer over medium heat, stirring until Butter is melted and ingredients are well combined.
  4. Drain Carrots and add them to the saucepan with the Maple Glaze.
  5. Toss Carrots to coat evenly with the glaze. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until glaze has thickened slightly.
  6. Serve immediately.
