  1. In a large skillet, brown the Ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. Add the Onion to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the Chili powder, Cumin, Garlic powder, and Cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute more.
  4. Add the Diced tomatoes, Kidney beans, and Water to the skillet. Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Open a bag of Fritos corn chips lengthwise. Spoon a generous amount of Chili into the bag.
  6. Top with Shredded cheddar cheese, Sour cream, and Chopped onions.
  7. Eat directly from the bag with a fork.
