  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, flake the Salmon with a fork.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Binder ingredients and let sit for 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the milk.
  4. Add the Flavorings to the Binder mixture and stir well.
  5. Add the Binder mixture to the flaked Salmon and mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the Glaze ingredients and spread evenly over the top of the loaf.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  9. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
