🎙️ Cook with voice coach- 1. Make Truffle Butter: Whip 2 tbsp European Style Butter with 1 tsp minced Black Truffle Peelings and 1/2 tsp White Truffle Oil. Chill until firm.
- 2. Season Steaks: Season 2 Filet Mignon portions with 1 tsp Smoked Maldon Sea Salt and 1 tsp cracked Tellicherry Peppercorns. Rest for 30 minutes.
- 3. Prepare Reduction: In a small saucepan, combine 1/2 cup Cabernet Sauvignon, 1/4 cup Beef Bone Broth, and 1 Fresh Thyme Sprig. Simmer over medium heat until reduced by two-thirds to a syrupy glaze. Whisk in 1 tbsp cold unsalted butter and keep warm.
- 4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- 5. Cook Steaks: Lightly coat steaks with 1 tbsp Grapeseed Oil. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping once, until internal temperature reaches 130°F.
- 6. Rest & Serve: Remove steaks and rest for 10 minutes. Serve topped with a medallion of chilled Black Truffle Butter and a drizzle of the Red Wine Reduction.
