A quick and reliable way to get a juicy steak with a simple garlic butter finish using basic pantry staples.
Instructions
- Remove the Top Sirloin Steak from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking to reach room temperature.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small bowl, combine the Garlic Butter ingredients and set aside.
- Pat the Steak dry with paper towels and rub with Olive Oil.
- Season both sides of the Steak evenly with the Salt, Black Pepper, and Garlic Powder.
- Place the Steak in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, for a medium-rare finish.
- Immediately top the hot Steak with the Garlic Butter mixture and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
