Instructions
🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Trim the fat cap off the New York strip steaks, then cut the steak into bite-sized chunks.
- Season the steak chunks with Kinder's Prime Steak seasoning, freshly cracked black pepper, a pinch of salt, and a drizzle of avocado oil. Mix everything thoroughly to ensure the steak is well-coated.
- Chop plenty of fresh garlic (approximately 10 cloves).
- Heat avocado oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the steak bites in a single layer, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes until a beautiful crust forms.
- Flip the steak bites and sear the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Remove the seared steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- Without washing the skillet, add a stick of herb butter to the pan. Scrape up all the flavorful bits from the bottom of the pan as the butter melts.
- Once the butter is almost melted, add the minced garlic and cook on low heat until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
- Toss in some fresh chopped parsley, then add the seared steak bites back to the skillet. Stir to coat the steak in the garlic butter sauce. The heat should already be off at this point, allowing the residual heat to warm the steak through.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your garlic butter steak bites.
