
Applebee's Chicken Wonton Stir-Fry
A simplified version of the popular Applebee's dish, made with readily available ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions.

Boneless skinless chicken breasts-cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp
Cornstarch
1/4 cup
Soy sauce
2 tbsp

A simplified version of the popular Applebee's dish, made with readily available ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine Chicken ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Cook wonton wrappers according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of Vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- Add remaining 1 tablespoon of Vegetable oil to the skillet. Add Vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
- Pour Sauce over vegetables and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened slightly.
- Add cooked chicken and wonton wrappers to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
- Garnish with Sesame seeds and Green onions before serving.

- 2 Green onions-chopped, for garnish
