1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts-cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Cornstarch
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2 tbsp Honey

A simplified version of the popular Applebee's dish, made with readily available ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions.
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine Chicken ingredients and marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients and set aside.
  3. Cook wonton wrappers according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of Vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add remaining 1 tablespoon of Vegetable oil to the skillet. Add Vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  6. Pour Sauce over vegetables and bring to a simmer. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until sauce has thickened slightly.
  7. Add cooked chicken and wonton wrappers to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the sauce.
  8. Garnish with Sesame seeds and Green onions before serving.
