Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients and mix well.
- Add the Wet Ingredients to the Dry Ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold in the Chocolate Chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with slightly moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
