  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the Unsalted Butter over medium heat. Continue cooking, swirling occasionally, until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. In a separate large bowl, cream together the browned butter, Granulated Sugar, and Packed Brown Sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Beat in the Large Eggs one at a time, then stir in the Vanilla Extract.
  6. Gradually add the Dry Ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  7. Stir in the Chocolate Chips.
  8. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheets.
  9. Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges.
  10. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
