Cereal-Coated Chicken Tenders

Crispy and flavorful chicken tenders coated in a simple cornflake crust. A family-friendly favorite that's quick and easy to make.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and mix well.
- Add Chicken strips to the Marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Coating ingredients.
- Remove Chicken strips from the Marinade and dredge them in the Coating mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry Chicken strips for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove Chicken tenders from skillet and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve immediately.
