Cereal Crusted Chicken Nuggets
Crispy and flavorful chicken nuggets coated in a simple crushed cereal coating. A family-friendly favorite that's quick and easy to make.

Chicken breast-cut into 1 inch pieces
1 tbsp
Buttermilk
1 tsp
Garlic powder
1/2 tsp
Paprika
1/4 tsp

Crispy and flavorful chicken nuggets coated in a simple crushed cereal coating. A family-friendly favorite that's quick and easy to make.
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients and add the Chicken. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine all Cereal Coating ingredients.
- Remove Chicken from marinade and dredge in the Cereal Coating, pressing to adhere.
- Heat Vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the Chicken nuggets in batches for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove nuggets and place on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve immediately.
