A timeless recipe for soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies, perfect for any occasion.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a large bowl, cream together the Butter, Granulated Sugar, and Brown Sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the Eggs one at a time, then stir in the Vanilla Extract.
- Gradually add the Dry Ingredients to the Wet Ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Stir in the Chocolate Chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
