  3. Make the Ice Cream Base: In a large bowl, whisk together the Heavy Cream, Whole Milk, Granulated Sugar, Vanilla Extract, and Salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Chill the Ice Cream Base: Cover and refrigerate the ice cream base for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Churn the Ice Cream: Pour the chilled ice cream base into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  6. Add Cookie Dough: During the last few minutes of churning, add the frozen Cookie Dough pieces to the ice cream.
  7. Harden the Ice Cream: Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 2 hours to harden.
