Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces.
In a bowl, combine all Marinade ingredients. Add chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all Sauce ingredients.
Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
Pour Sauce over chicken and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until sauce has thickened slightly.
Garnish with Green onions and Sesame seeds. Serve immediately with rice.
