Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the Butter, Granulated Sugar, and Brown Sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the Egg and Vanilla Extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the Chocolate Chips.
  6. To make the Chocolate Filling, place the chopped Semi-Sweet Chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Heat the Heavy Cream in the microwave or on the stovetop until just simmering. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and let it sit for 1 minute. Stir until smooth and melted.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
  8. Top each cookie with about 1 tablespoon of the Chocolate Filling.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is still slightly soft.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving. The center will be molten.
