A simple and satisfying flatbread featuring a sweet and savory cranberry wild rice filling, perfect for a light meal or appetizer.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking sheet with Flatbread Dough Olive oil.
- Roll out the pizza dough to a large rectangle or oval shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, combine all Filling ingredients until well mixed.
- Spread the Filling evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
