  1. Cook the Elbow Macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan, melt the Butter over medium heat. Whisk in the All-Purpose Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  3. Gradually whisk in the Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  4. Reduce heat to low and stir in the Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Salt, and Black Pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked Macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine. Let cool slightly.
  6. Place a teaspoon of the Mac & Cheese mixture in the center of each Wonton Wrapper.
  7. Moisten the edges of the Wonton Wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle or rectangle, pressing firmly to seal.
  8. Heat the Vegetable Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Fry the Wontons in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  10. If desired, whisk together the Ketchup, Mayonnaise, and Sriracha for a dipping sauce. Serve immediately.
