🎙️ Cook with voice coach- Cook the Elbow Macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the Butter over medium heat. Whisk in the All-Purpose Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
- Gradually whisk in the Milk until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Salt, and Black Pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked Macaroni to the cheese sauce and stir to combine. Let cool slightly.
- Place a teaspoon of the Mac & Cheese mixture in the center of each Wonton Wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the Wonton Wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper over to form a triangle or rectangle, pressing firmly to seal.
- Heat the Vegetable Oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the Wontons in batches for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- If desired, whisk together the Ketchup, Mayonnaise, and Sriracha for a dipping sauce. Serve immediately.
