Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Prepare the Cookie Crust: Combine all Cookie Crust ingredients and press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
Prepare the Brownie Layer: Melt chocolate chips and butter together. Stir in sugar, then eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla. Mix in flour and salt.
Prepare the Cheesecake Swirl: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Pour the Brownie Layer over the warm Cookie Crust. Dollop Cheesecake Swirl mixture over the brownie batter. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the cheesecake into the brownie batter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
