Classic, rich, and fudgy brownies with a cream cheese swirl and a sprinkle of chocolate chips. A crowd-pleasing dessert that's surprisingly easy to make.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
  3. In a separate large bowl, combine all Wet Ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. In a small bowl, combine all Cream Cheese Swirl ingredients and mix until smooth.
  6. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Dollop the cream cheese mixture over the batter.
  7. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with all Topping.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  9. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
