A simple and satisfying peanut butter cookie recipe perfect for any occasion. These cookies are soft, chewy, and packed with peanut butter flavor.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together all Dry Ingredients.
- In a large bowl, cream together Peanut Butter, Granulated Sugar, and Brown Sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in Egg and Vanilla Extract until well combined.
- Gradually add Dry Ingredients to Wet Ingredients, mixing until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased baking sheets.
- Flatten each ball with a fork in a criss-cross pattern.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
- Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
