A comforting and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken, creamy sauce, and perfectly cooked spaghetti. This is a family favorite, easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.

Instructions

  1. Boil spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season Chicken with salt and pepper. Cook chicken breasts in a large skillet over medium heat until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C). Shred the chicken and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt Butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, creating a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in Chicken broth until smooth. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly.
  5. Stir in Heavy cream, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Paprika, Cayenne pepper, Salt, and Pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Reduce heat to low. Stir in Cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add Shredded cheddar cheese and Rotel. Stir until cheese is melted and well combined.
  8. Add cooked Spaghetti and shredded Chicken to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
  9. Serve immediately.
