1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Garlic powder

A quick and easy flatbread featuring BBQ chicken, black beans, corn, and a Southwest-inspired sauce.
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Chili powder, Cumin, and Garlic powder.
  3. Cook chicken until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Shred the chicken.
  4. Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine Black beans, Corn, and Red onion.
  6. Spread Sauce evenly over each flatbread.
  7. Top with shredded Chicken, Filling mixture, and Monterey Jack cheese.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
