Southwest BBQ Chicken Flatbread
A quick and easy flatbread featuring BBQ chicken, black beans, corn, and a Southwest-inspired sauce.

Boneless skinless chicken breasts

Olive oil

Chili powder
1/2 tsp
Cumin
1/4 tsp

A quick and easy flatbread featuring BBQ chicken, black beans, corn, and a Southwest-inspired sauce.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss Chicken with Olive oil, Chili powder, Cumin, and Garlic powder.
- Cook chicken until fully cooked, about 15-20 minutes. Shred the chicken.
- Combine all Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine Black beans, Corn, and Red onion.
- Spread Sauce evenly over each flatbread.
- Top with shredded Chicken, Filling mixture, and Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
